To enroll in a course, simply visit our website, choose the course you are interested in, and click on the ‘Enroll Now’ button. You will be guided through the registration and payment process.

We accept payments via credit/debit card through our secure paygate and Instant EFT. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Pharmers Academy offers a 10-day refund policy where participants may request and receive a refund on a purchased course (masterclass or short-course) provided they’ve followed the claim process within the stipulated time. Please refer to the Pharmers Academy Terms and Conditions for more information.

Yes, all new learners have a R500 enrollment fee added to their invoice. Returning learners automatically waive this fee.

Full payments are due before enrollment. Part payments can be made in a 2 x 50% equal split, with the first payment due on the enrollment date and the second payment due before the first day of the next consecutive month (30 days later).

Yes, registered active pharmacists who are not currently RPs anywhere can opt for an RRP swap, exchanging their R6k stipend for interim RP applications, which reduces the registration fee on selected short courses. They can also combine an RP swap with a 50% split payment in two installments.

The registration fee includes entrance to sessions, a registration pack, ongoing online support, and links to additional resources.

Yes, you will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course requirements. The certificate can be downloaded from your account on our learning platform.

Pharmers Academy reserves the right to alter the program without notice or penalty. No refunds or part refunds will be made for alterations. Should we permanently cancel an event, a credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided. In case of a postponed or canceled event, we are not responsible for covering airfares, accommodation, or transportation.

Yes, interest will be charged on all overdue amounts at a rate of three percent (3%) per month after thirty days.

If you experience all four of the following: a feedback score less than 6 out of 10, unmet learning objectives of classes, failed one-on-one session on a challenging area, and unsatisfactory response to queries or questions, you are eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered if part of the above activities have been actioned. Alternatively, the masterclass/course may be reissued or restructured to better fit the learner.
