At PHARMERS we trust that our products, services and courses are of excellent quality! However, if it happens that you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase, we'd like to know. Not only so we can improve our systems and outcomes but to guarantee that you're attaining your objectives from your purchases and receive value for your spent money. 

Our Return and Refund policy consists of the following:

• Terms of return (we do not return any of our sold goods; in very specific and rare circumstances your substantiated request may be entertained and in this case, you will be contacted to discuss the matter further.  Outcomes are solely to the discretion of PHARMERS management. in this case, the following additional information will be required: 
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. request return/refund form by email to info@pharmers.co.za)
• Process of refund (i.e. email EA within 3 days of delivery /receipt of product, service or course with query or request for return or refund, clearly stating dissatisfaction via email to info@pharmers.co.za using Return or Refund in subject title. State the order number or purchase item, date of payment, payment reference number or forwarded email with proof of payment attached), provide your contact details (full name, address, banking details) or request and fill relevant form. you will receive an approval or denial response and the case will be closed. Refunds if approved, will be paid out on the 25th (from 25th to 31st) of the current month if the refund approval is requested and approved before the 15th; or paid out the following month on the 25th (from 25th to the 31st). Expect delays if you use other banks than ours.
